Abstract

A sensitive assay highly specific for horseradish peroxidase has been developed. The basic principle of the procedure is similar to that of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique. Sensitivity is in the range 0.156-2.5 ng/ml. Background activity in undiluted plasma and lymph under these conditions is negligible. © 1984.
