The seven scalar functions of β and γ defining a Bohr quadrupole collective hamiltonian have been calculated microscopically from an effective nucleon-nucleon interaction in a tractable numerical approach corresponding to clean cut approximations of the adiabatic time dependent Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov theory. Without any free parameter adjustment and using the SIII Skyrme force fitted once for all mostly on saturation properties, one gets a quantitatively good reproduction of the low lying collective spectra of four transitional nuclei:74Ge,76Se,110Cd and186Pt. © 1989.
