Abstract

Recent applications of Keggin-type heteropolyanions PMo(12-n)V(n)O40/(3-n) (HPA-n) as catalysts for aerobic liquid-phase oxidation are reviewed. Discussed are HPA-n catalyzed reactions in homogeneous, biphasic, and heterogeneous systems as well as mechanistic aspects of the HPA-n catalysis.
