Abstract

Transport properties of the electrolytic oxide Mo4O11 proposed as the cathode material of lithium power sources are discussed. On the basis of the mathematical diffusion models of intercalation/deintercalation under the conditions of cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic mode, the average value of the chemical diffusion coefficient of Li+ has been determined as equal to 1.3-6.4??10-12 cm2/s. ?? 2003 Elsevier B.V.
