Abstract

Thiophosphoramidite as well as thiophosphoramidate chemistry has been used to prepare dithiophosphate analogues of oligonucleotides. The1H and13P resonances of the 3′-thymidine phosphorodithioate decamer d(CGCTpS-2TpS-2AAGCG) were assigned by two-dimensional NMR and the solution structure determined. © 1991.
