Abstract

Using recently developed novel techniques to vary vacancy density, new excitation bands of low temperature vacancy emissions from Cu2O were observed. Among the strong excitation bands the one at 530 nm was found to change non-linearly, suggesting that its origin is from vacancy-vacancy interaction. © 1984.
