About

Adilson Gonzaga received the doctoral degree in applied physics from the University of Sao Paulo, Sao Carlos, Brazil, in 1991. He is an Associate Professor at University of Sao Paulo. Since 1973 he has been working at School of Engineering of São Carlos, Electrical Engineering Department, where he has done research in the field of Computer Vision, Image Processing and Biometry. He is the supervisor of graduate students working with Computer Vision. His current interest is Automated Visual Inspection, Biometry, Robot Vision, Perception and Artificial Intelligence. He is the coordinator of the Computer Vision Laboratory (LAVI).
