I am a Lecturer in Tourism and Air Travel Management at Southampton Solent University (United Kingdom). I have a PhD in Management (University of Canterbury, New Zealand), and a MA summa cum laude in Tourism, Territory and Local Development (University of Milano-Bicocca). My research focus is on post-disaster urban governance and destination resilience. I publish on edited books, peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings on topics such as urban tourism, urban governance, spatial planning and urban development.
