About

The central focus of my research is the characterization of membrane protein folding and function by NMR. Currently, I’m concentrated in the study of G Protein Coupled Receptors (GPCR) and the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR). Focal points include protein structure determination, protein-protein and protein-drug interaction, membrane mimetics (e.g. nanodiscs) and NMR pulse sequence development (UTOPIA-NMR).
