About

Born in Mexico City, moved to Bay Area, CA at age 10. I first became interested in Cognition in late high school and received a degree in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from Pomona College. During college, I was involved in various research projects culminating in my senior thesis on divided attention and emotional information. I am now a graduate student of Cognitive Neuroscience at CU-Boulder working with Marie Banich on executive function and its interaction with emotion.
