Research interests

My current research focuses on the molecular basis of circadian rhythms using Neurospora crassa as a model. By using a systems-based approach I'm trying to decipher transcriptional networks involved in the circadian control of gene expression.

About

My research is focused on transcriptional regulation, specifically, on the characterization of transcriptional regulatory networks in eukaryotes. I’m currently working as a postdoc at the Department of Molecular Genetics and Microbiology, at Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.
