Aleksandr Kharin was born in Voronezh, Russia in 1989. He received the B. S., M.S. and Phd degrees from the Department of Radiophysics, Voronezh State University, Voronezh, Russia, in 2010, 2012 and 2016, respectively, all in radiophysics (specialized in Statistical Signal Processing). His main interests are Statistical Signal Processing, Estimation Theory, Applied Probability and Applied Statistics.
