About

Alexandros Bartzas received his Diploma and Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Com- puter Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece, in 2003 and 2009 respectively. He has been an E.C. Marie Curie scholar at IMEC vzw, Belgium for the period 2005-2008. He is currently a research associate in the Microprocessors and Digital Systems Lab, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National Technical University of Athens, Greece. His research interests include dynamic data management, middleware and system-level design optimizations for MPSoCs and NoCs. He was investigator in seven research projects funded by the Greek Govern- ment and Industrial Partners, as well as the European Commission. He is a member of the IEEE and ACM.
