I am a post-doctoral researcher at Freie Universität Berlin. My main research interest is consumer processing of online reviews. I currently also works on projects related to advertising effectiveness and referral effectiveness. Methodologically, my research is mostly quantitative and based on experimental and secondary data analysis.
