Alexandra Goodson is a business development manager for new technologies at ABB, a global leader in industrial engineering for power systems, power products, and automation technologies. Based in Lake Mary, Florida, near Orlando, Alexandra Goodson is responsible for increasing sales and broadening ABB’s client base by introducing the corporation’s new technologies to new and existing customers. She has worked for ABB in various positions since graduating from college.
From 2010 to 2011, Alexandra Goodson worked as a marketing engineer in ABB’s corporate marketing office in Cary, North Carolina. She created and disseminated marketing resources such as brochures and videos, maintained ABB’s U.S. website, and conducted business intelligence research on industry competitors and on future energy projects. Prior to serving as a marketing engineer, Ms. Goodson worked in ABB’s Medium Power Transformer (MPT) business unit in St. Louis, Missouri, initially as a business development associate and later as a transportation coordinator. In this latter role, she facilitated domestic and international shipments of raw materials and manufactured goods, including ABB’s power transformers.
Ms. Goodson earned her BS in engineering management with an emphasis in industrial engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, where she graduated with honors in 2009.
