Always striving to be the best at what I do, and always looking for new challenges. One only improves by challenging oneself. Currently working on my Multimedia Master's degree at FEUP, I work as a freelancer or task-worker in either of the fields described. I have a wide array of interests and work areas, spanning from audio/sound work to design and programming. I am at home working with PHP, MySQL, Actionscript, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5, Visual Basic, C++ and Python. I have pretty decent experience in programming for the Arduino platform, as well as creating the electronic circuits that go with it, and I also am at beginner level programming for Android. As far as audio/sound goes, I specialize in sound synthesis and digital sound processing, and have great experience working with so-called building blocks DSP (MAX/MSP and Reaktor), as well as developing VST plugins with specialized IDEs (Flowstone and others). I also have extensive experience in the field of music recording, mixing and mastering (mainly in the rock/metal and electronic genres), and working with music/sound for movies and audiovisual.
