About

Ali MUTLU was born in Kayseri, Turkey 1969. He received his B.S degree in Mathematics from Facult of Science and Art, Erciyes University from 1988 to 1991 and the M.Sc.in the Analysis and Functions Theory from Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Erciyes University from 1991 to 1993. He qualified by a nationwide competitive selection examination organised by The Higher Educational Council of Turkey (YÖK) for his Ph.D and went to The University of Wales, Bangor in the U.K,) to got his Ph.D in 1994 and admitted to degree of Doctor Philosophy in the field which is Algebraic Topology (Simplicial Objects in Category Theory) , July 1997. He worked at the University of Atatürk and Erciyes, Faculty of Science and Arts, Department of Mathematics and as research assistant from 1992 to 1993. Now he is working at Celal Bayar University, Faculty of Science and Arts, Department of Mathematics as Professor Doctor. He is interested in Algebraic Topology specially simplicial objects, Digital Topology, Fixed Point Theory, Functional Analysis
