About

My education is oriented to environmental and materials sciences, with a master and a PdD on those fields, topics I have been working in more than 8 years as researcher and professor. I have worked in different universities and research centers in Europe participating in several research projects. I worked at the University of San Jorge more than 5 years in several national projects as environmental auditor and lecturer while I completed my PhD studies. During this time I worked as professor in the Master in Environmental Management. After finishing my PhD developing activated carbons for the adsorption and recovery of VOCs I continued with my research career in different international groups. During my postdoctoral experience I worked in the development and characterization of tannin foams and porous materials in the University of Lorraine, France. In the characterization of the acidic properties of zeolites in the University of Pardubice, Czech Republic. And in the green synthesis of bimetallic nanoparticles on porous carbons in the Institute of Sciences of Mulhouse IS2M-CNRS, France. During this time I have participated as professor in the university and as lecturer in seminars and conferences. During all this time I participated in national and international research projects, as well as collaborated with industry. This allowed me to participate in the coordination and pacification of our work. I also have experience in writing proposals, reports and scientific documents, and I have participated in national and international conferences. My research experience has produced 21 publications in international journals (h-index:7) and 19 conference proceeding with 4 oral presentations.
