About

With my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering and Ph.D. in Materials Science, i have been studying about the science and engineering of materials and energy. My research focuses on metallic materials - soldering materials used in the electronic packaging industries. My specific tasks are to observe the experimental phenomena in liquid solder - solid substrate interfaces and design descriptive numerical models for growth of micro-bubbles and intermetallic compounds. This enthuses me to deepen my interest in computational materials science. Moreover, i would like to broaden my computational knowledge on composite materials, biomaterials and energy engineering. I am a mediocre student of Science and Engineering.
