Dr. Tony Frisby is the Director of AISR's Education Services group. He is responsible for planning and coordinating the development of the University's educational software products and distance learning programs. AISR Education Services provides development support for courses in all three colleges.

Background & Training
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Tony holds degrees in: Bio-medical Communication (BS, College of Medicine), Labor and Human Resources (MLHR, College of Business), and Instructional Design and Technology (PhD, College of Education). Prior to joining Jefferson he was responsible for software design and development for the Office of Academic Services, College of Medicine, at OSU.
Tony is an associate professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine.
He is also a member of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), serving on its Group on Educational Affairs (GIR).
He is one of Jefferson's subscribing representatives to Educause, the national association to advance higher education by promoting the intelligent use of information technology.
He is a reviewer for the MERLOT Journal of Online Learning and Teaching and the journal Medical Education Online.
