Antigoni Parmaxi Research Associate at the Cyprus Interaction Lab, Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT), and a Greek language instructor at the Language Centre of CUT. She holds a BA in Classical Studies from the University of Cyprus, an MA in Pedagogical Sciences from the same Universit and a PhD from the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts. She is also and member of the Cyprus Interaction Lab. Her main research interests focus on Computer Assisted Language Learning, social technologies, constructionism and participatory design methodology. In her PhD thesis she explores the development of a theoretical and methodological framework for enhancing language learning within social technologies.
