A widely recognized physician with extensive experience in family medicine, Dr. Aramais Paronyan spent several years as the primary physician at the Good Health Medical Center. He started the Good Health Medical Center as a solo operation and quickly grew the practice to include three additional physicians. Dr. Aramais Paronyan conducted extensive work with various immigrant communities in the Los Angeles area and delivered quality medical care on a sliding scale.
Aside from his formal professional work, Dr. Paronyan provided key sponsorship for Armenian physicians to obtain medical education in the United States. In addition to financially supporting Armenian physicians, he served as a mentor and helped them prepare for their board examinations. He also donated medical supplies to Armenia during this time.
Dr. Aramais Paronyan received his MD from the Yerevan State Medical Institute. He performed his residency in family medicine at the University of California, Irvine, where he completed targeted training in psychiatry.
