Arin Basu (Arindam Basu) is a Medical Doctor, Epidemiologist, health services research specialist whose research and has wide academic interests. Arin teaches Epidemiology and Health Sciences at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. His research interests include arsenic toxicity in South Asia and its epidemiology and health services organization, application of social networking analysis in education and epidemiology, and use of virtual reality and social media in public health and medicine.
