About

My research interest is employee well-being and organizational health psychology. Currently, I study procrastination behaviour at work. Procrastination is a common adult behaviour, however it has been seldomly studied. Hence, we introduce an original instrument, Procrastination at Work Scale (PAWS), to measure the idle behaviour of employeess and we aim to find empirical evidence for the association among workplace characteristics, heavy work investment, work outcomes, and procrastination.
