    About

I am currently a PhD student doing research at the intersection of Organizational Behavior and Information Systems at Carnegie Mellon University. My dissertation co-chairs are Bob Kraut and Denise Rousseau, and my research explores organizational issues such as leadership, innovation, social networks, trust, and gender differences in online organizations. More details on my research, teaching, and industry experience can be found in the above menu. I live in Pittsburgh with my wife Lisa, daughter Sophia, and our soon to be born daughter of unknown nomenclature.
