After graduating from Ensaé in Statistics & Economics, I turned to an an MPhil in Institutional economics and Market design. After a year in Strategy Consulting, I was interested in pursuing a PhD on how Digital platform could apply to the —then emergent— social network(ing) sites (SNS). I use the Network games framework (industrial economics applied to individual relations) to model competitive behaviour of social platforms (OpenSocial, the Open Stack, Facebook Connect). More specifically, I use recent results in Digital sociology and statistics from Complex graph measures to model externalities between Web 2.0 services, and suggest specific measures to promote competition.
