About

Birgit Feldhusen graduated 1994 in Business Administration at the Kiel University, Germany, with a master thesis on monetary policies and economic growth. She finalized her doctoral studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in 2014 and is currently associated to the Institute for Information Business as a teaching and research associate. During 9 years in auditing, controlling and marketing positions in an international company she gained comprehensive experience in process analysis, definition and restructuring, taking leading roles in innovation process development. During following 3 years within a global market research institute she built solid knowledge on quantitative and qualitative research, took the lead in developing an IT supported research tool for innovation monitoring and prepared several institute’s public papers on processes and studies. After educations in personality training and systemic coaching, she started to work as a self-employed consultant for individual and organizational change processes and vision development.
