About

I am a management researcher with an interest in the overlapping areas of organisational studies/behaviour and tourism/services. Specifically, I am very interested in finding answers to open questions around organisational processes of knowledge transfer and innovation – and how to improve customer service experiences. Currently, I am researching and teaching as an Associate Professor at RMIT University in Vietnam, Hanoi. I am also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Business at Notre Dame University, Australia. Here is a link to my research: https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Birgit_Muskat
