    Bobby has a diversified aviation background, which began in 1977 when he enlisted in the United States Air Force (USAF) as an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist (Crew Chief). In 1983, he enrolled in the Undergraduate Professional Aeronautics Degree Program with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU). Shortly after starting the program, Bobby was transferred to a Forward Operating Location (FOL) for the A-10 in Northern Germany; Alhorn Air Base (AB), in 1984. In 1990, Bobby completed his FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification and his Associate in Applied Science degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology through the Community College of the Air Force. He was subsequently accepted into the Boot Strap Program which temporarily released him from his current Air Force duties, to complete the last remaining 30 hours for his Bachelor Degree at ERAU's Prescott, Arizona Campus. Upon graduation in the spring of 1991, Bobby returned to Holloman AFB, degree in hand, and in the fall of 1991, he was sent to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia in support of Desert Storm as the F-15 Zulu Alert supervisor. In 1995 Bobby completed the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Academy through the Air University and also completed his Master of Aeronautical Science (MAS) Degree in Aviation Management with ERAU. After Bobby's retirement from the Air Force in 1998, he moved back to Arizona, where he serves as the Program Manager for the F-22 Raptor. He serves as the link between Honeywell, Lockheed-Martin, and Boeing for setting up Repair & Overhaul capability for the US Air Force Depot centers. Bobby teaches for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Worldwide Campus where he instructs the MGMT and ASCI courses both at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as the AMNT series of courses under FAA Title 14 CFR Part 65; Classroom, Blended Learning, EagleVision, and Online. In 2011 Bobby completed his Ph.D. in Business Administration with an Aeronautical Science Management specialization from Northcentral University (NCU).
