Brian D. Ladin is a longtime financial executive who has guided Delos Shipping since 2008. Undertaking investments on behalf of principals and partners, his firm maintains a fleet of 54 vessels that are ocean going and primarily used to transport goods such as crude oil and refined petroleum products. Brian D. Ladin and his team have a particular focus on purchasing distressed shipping assets spanning locales such as Greece, Germany, and Japan. The transactions he negotiates require strong knowledge of shipping industry dynamics and of navigating challenging capital structures.
Through the affiliated entity Delos Investment Management, Mr. Ladin seeks out direct investment opportunities in publicly traded commodity and shipping enterprises. A concentration in this effort is distressed situations that offer significant profit potential.
A Tulane University alumnus, Mr. Ladin has an industry background that includes past executive responsibilities with Talisman Capital. With a passion for skiing, Brian D. Ladin has visited slopes in locales ranging from Switzerland to New Mexico.
