About

I am currently working on the topics: - trait-environment relations in ecology and evolution (testing and selection of traits and/or environmental variables) comparing GL(M)Ms with simple methods such as fourth-corner and double constrained correspondence analysis. - Bayesian multidimensional P-spline smoothing with extra random effects using INLA in R - Affine invariant MCMC methods, extending DE-MC/DREAM - Sequential Monte Carlo (Particle Filtering) for vision in agronomic robots.
