Cameron Deahl is a student at New York University, where he majors in business and marketing with double minors in psychology and producing for television and film. In pursuit of his degree, Cameron Deahl has taken classes on a variety of subjects, including television management and the business of producing at the NYU Tisch School of the Arts.
Prior to attending NYU, Deahl was a student at Highland Park High School, where he earned recognition for his achievements in the international student business competition DECA. He placed as a finalist in DECA internationals for three of the four years he participated in the program. In addition to competing in DECA, he participated in congressional debate during his high school years, and earned several critics’ choice awards for his performances between 2011 and 2014.
Today, in addition to his academic pursuits, Cameron Deahl functions as a marketing and programming intern for MUBI and an ambassador for NYU’s office of admissions. He is also the owner and curator of the food Instagram account @NewForkUniversity.
