I received my MSc in psychology from the University of Zurich in 2005 with a Major in Clinical Psychology. Since 2006 I'm working as a research assistant in the Department of Military Pedagogy and Military Psychology Studies at the Military Academy at ETH Zurich. I'm also a PhD student at the Centre for Disaster and Military Psychiatry of the University of Zurich, and a specialist officer in the research group and the Care-team of the Swiss Armed Forces’ Psychological-Pedagogic Service. My primary research interest is the influence of stress on fitness for duty and service motivation. I give lectures on psychology at the ETH Zurich and the Military Academy, conduct military psychological research and I'm involved in the assessment centers for prospective career officers and prospective defense attachés.
