I went to University at Santiago de Compostela (Spain) then worked as research assistant at CABI at Délemont (Switzerland) and Silwood Park (UK). I went on to do a MSc at the Natural History Museum and a PhD at Imperial College at Silwood Park. I then did a postdoc at the Institute of Zoology in London and got a permanent position as research scientists at INRA, Orléans (France).
