Born in Aguascalientes, México. As a child, I was always observing bugs, spiders and other tiny animals in gardens and farms.
I work as a conservation biologist, and my main interests are the definition of bioindicators for assessing the success of restoration plans.
Besides, I have always been a passionate of artrhopds, by my main focus is on spiders, opiliones, ants and another terrestrial artrhopod groups. I work with those groups when searching for good biomonitoring taxa.
