About

I am leading 'Lipid Nanostructures Laboratory' at the Centre for Materials Science (Chemistry), University of Central Lancashire, Preston, United Kingdom. Studying lipids for their basic self-assembling, fine tuning of their properties, developing hybrid nanomaterials and lipid based nano-formulations for many bio- and nano-technological applications is a central subject of my research. Relevant projects attribute to a multi-disciplinary approach involving physical chemistry, soft matter/materials, biophysics, chemical biology, bio-nano-technology, colloids and interface science and polymer and food technology, which is a timely requirement for today’s advances in research and development.
