Chih-Wei Huang is Associate Professor of Communication Engineering heading the Information Processing and Communication (IPC) Laboratory of National Central University, Taiwan, since 2010. He received his Ph.D. from University of Washington, Seattle, in 2009 on cross-layer resource management for multimedia over wireless networks. From 2006 to 2009, Dr. Huang was intern researcher in Siemens Corporate Research and Microsoft Research. His current research interests include wireless networking, multimedia communication, and cross-layer optimization. He received an M.S. degree from Columbia University, and a B.S. from National Taiwan University all in Electrical Engineering.
