About

As of January 2016, I am a Senior Lecturer in Marketing & Communication, Department of Corporate and Marketing Communication, Faculty of Media and Communication, Bournemouth University. From 2010 to 2015 I was a Lecturer in Marketing & Communication at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London, since September 2010. Previously, I was employed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Relations & Advertising at Eastern Mediterranean University in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. My book, 'Interactive Marketing: Revolution or Rhetoric?' was published by Routledge in March 2010. I have published articles in 'Marketing Theory' on the relationship between marketing communication and cybernetics, and the significance of the theory of schizogenesis for advertising, as well as publishing on systems approaches to narrative in 'Cybernetics and Human Knowing'. Additionally, I research and publish in the area of rhetorical strategies in Western Esoteric movements.
