About

I am currently a Teaching Associate at the School of Economics & Finance, Queen Mary University of London, UK. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. From September 2016 till March 2017 I was a visiting research scholar (Fulbright fellow) at the Schar School of Policy & Government at George Mason University, Arlington, VA, USA. Part of my research has been presented in scientific conferences/workshops and published in internationally recognised peer-reviewed academic journals, such as Economic Modelling and the European Journal of Political Economy. My research interests cover the areas of fiscal/monetary policy interactions in monetary unions, the political economy of European integration, monetary economics, game theory and applications in macroeconomics, and the 'new' theory of economic policy (in a strategic context).
