Currently I am working at Google on ad quality. Previously I was doing a PostDoc at the IBM Zurich Research Laboratory in Switzerland. I work on various topics around wireless sensor networks, including TDMA protocols, MQTT-S middleware, and distributed processing. I received my PhD in Information Technology and Information Engineering in 2009 from ETH Zurich. My thesis titled "Reconfigurable context recognition in sensor networks" discusses how context information can be processed within networks of miniaturized sensor nodes worn on the body or embedded into objects. I further looked at using dynamic reconfiguration to make efficient use of the scarce resources.
