About

Cornelius Glackin graduated from the University of Ulster, School of Computing & Intelligent Systems with a MSc in Computing & Intelligent Systems in 2004. He completed a PhD entitled ‘Fuzzy Spiking Neural Networks’ at the University of Ulster in 2009. He is currently working on the EU FP7 cognitive robotics project ‘CORBYS’ at the University of Hertfordshire, Adaptive Systems Research Group. Cornelius’ other research interests include: applications of information theory, neural networks, soft computing, intelligent control, system identification and modelling, adaptive systems, self-organising systems, emergent intelligent behaviours, and cybernetic modelling.
