I am an full professor of management. I head a new Center for Research on Organizations and Workplaces ( at Kozminski University. My interests evolve around open collaboration communities, critical management studies, narrativity, storytelling, organizational archetypes, all studied by interpretive and qualitative methods. I have some professional experience with managing software project, since I am the founder of a limited liability company, running, among others, the biggest and the most popular Polish online dictionary as well as several other portals (including or or - all related to language education for Poles, and having the total number of monthly exposures reaching 30 million hits). 2000-2004 I was a Ph.D. candidate in management at Kozminski University. 2004-2005 I spent as a Fulbright scholar at Cornell University. 2005-2009 I was an assistant professor of management back at Kozminski University, with an annual break to go for a semester as a visiting scholar to Harvard University (2007) and University of California, Berkeley (2008). In 2009 I defended my habilitation and became an associate professor of management. 2011-2012 I spend at Harvard, in 2014 I got my full professorship, 2015-2016 was appointed Berkman Center for Internet and Society fellow at Harvard again, and also spend a year as a visiting scholar at MIT.
