    Born in Kingston, Jamaica, I am an artist and educator, working with painting, notation systems, and performance, and writing in dynamic relationship with these studio practices. I've exhibited my artwork internationally, presented at conferences and symposia in Canada, the UK and Australia, and published papers in a number of refereed journals.
