About

Completed a Mathematics degree from University of Bristol in 2000, before a brief period training as an actuary. Returned to do a Ph.D. in Statistics, again at University of Bristol, which I completed in 2004. Having completed my Ph.D. I worked for several years at Smartodds Ltd, joining as an original member, and being on the management board for several years, as Head of the Quantitative Team. In July 2011 I returned to academia on a short 18 month contract as a post-doctoral researcher in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Imperial College London. This is where I currently work.
