Membrane fusion

About

I am studying the molecular mechanisms of intracellular membrane fusion machineries using the reconstitution of fusion proteins into artificial lipid bilayers and following the deformation, adhesion and fusion of these artificial membranes through molecular force measurements, spectrometry and fluorescence or electron microscopy imaging techniques.
