Research on plant lipid biochemistry 1980-84 AFRC Postdoctoral Fellow at Research Institute for Photosynthesis, University of Sheffield. Worked on lipid-protein interactions in photosynthetic membranes and model systems 1984-85 Royal Society Postdoctoral Fellow at Research School for Biological Sciences, Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.
