Dianne received her Bachelor degree in Plant Biology, with a focus in genetics and breeding, from the University of California, Davis, (UC Davis) in 2006. During her undergraduate, she conducted research in plant genetics and was granted a UC President's Undergraduate Fellowship. Dianne serves as a researcher on a collaborative UC Davis and USDA genomics project in walnut (Juglans regia L.). She will begin graduate studies this fall in the genetics program at UC Davis.
