About

Dinler Amaral Antunes (born 11 August 1985) is a Brazilian researcher interested in immunoinformatics, with focus on cellular immune response and structural analysis of peptide:MHC complexes. He was one of the researchers responsible for the CrossTope Data Bank, a curate repository of three-dimensional structures of MHC:epitope complexes, focused on immunogenicity and cross-reactivity prediction (http://www.crosstope.com.br/). Currently, he is working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Computer Science Department of Rice University (Houston, TX), working in a new strategy to perform peptide-MHC docking.
