About

I'm currently working as a part-time Consultant in Public Health at South Gloucestershire Council in the South West of England where I hold a portfolio including health protection and spatial public health. I'm also enrolled as a part-time PhD student at Queen's University, Belfast where I am evaluating the impact of Evidence Aid on decision-making in humanitarian response in disaster settings. I began training as a generalist specialist in public health 2010 having worked for five years as a resilience professional with experience in a variety of public sector roles, specialising in health emergency preparedness and health protection.
