Coordinator of open access scholarly communication projects, research and advocacy at CLACSO, a network of 481 research institutions in 37 countries, where she has developed the digital repository and the Open Access Campaign. Member of International Scientific Committee of the Iberoamerican open access journals portal REDALYC and co-director of its social sciences and humanities journal collection. Member of ICSU-IAP-ISSC-TWAS international working group Accord on “Open Data in a Big Data World”. Experts Committee of the National System of Digital Repositories in Argentina that drafted the national open access legislation passed in 2013. Member of the Advisory Board of PKP-Stanford-SFU-SPARC project Open Access Publishing Cooperative Study. Latin America content contributor for UNESCO-Global Open Access Portal. Research on scientific communications and open access at University of Buenos Aires-IIGG.
